Sebastian Piechocki
Facilitator, processworker, consultant, psychotherapist
I help people find solutions and see what isn’t always visible to the eye. I don’t have a predetermined approach, ready-made assumptions, or a fixed idea of what’s “normal”. I do not judge or pathologize. I do not assume that I know better what is right and what is wrong. I believe that everyone knows much more about themselves than I do and is fully aware of what they need. My role is to help you see this so that you can find your own solutions.
I understand psychotherapy literally – as support and care for the soul, mind, and personality. I am, above all, a facilitator, someone whose task is to make things easier (from the Latin facile, easy).
During sessions, I listen and ask questions. Sometimes we laugh together, sometimes we grieve, and sometimes we’re silent. I may also ask you to draw something, or to stand up and focus on movement, pay attention to your physical sensations, or act out a role. One thing is certain: it won’t be boring. The goal is to support you in independently creating your own path in life.

Individual therapy and personal development
Are you in a situation that’s hard to handle on your own? Have you encountered difficulties that seem impossible to solve? Are you struggling with emotions, trauma, stressful situations, or relationship issues? Are you looking for support? Do you need to make a change in your life? Or maybe you just want to work on yourself and grow?
Whatever is happening in your life, whatever you’re facing right now, it’s your personal journey. My goal is to help you find your own path and your own way of shaping a life that will be fulfilling for you. I’ll join you as you examine your difficulties, conflicts, and challenging events, and as you discover your own ways of coping with them. I’ll support you in regaining your sense of agency and reconnecting with yourself. I also create a safe space for discovering the meaning of dreams and exploring different states of consciousness. Together, we develop creativity and deepen self-awareness.
I work with people from diverse backgrounds, at various stages of consciousness and points in their life journeys. I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and religious beliefs.
Psychotherapy, facilitation
Couples therapy, marriage therapy
No matter the type of relationship, every one has its difficult moments. I support you in exploring what’s happening between you. In mindfully discovering your mutual needs, emotions, and the dynamics that influence your closeness. Together, we explore where this relationship is taking you and look for ways to transform it in the way that best suits your needs. I create a space where everyone can be heard, and I encourage you to learn from one another.
I support all kinds of relationships: marriages, domestic partnerships, heterosexual, LGBTQ, monogamous, and polyamorous relationships, as well as friendships and professional relationships.
Psychotherapy, facilitation, support for parents
Therapy for teenagers, family therapy
Being a teenager is a time of many changes. It is often hard to be in them, and sometimes hard to find common ground at home. I support young people from the age of 12 in discovering themselves and their own ways of coping with change. I also accompany parents in building the best possible relationships with their teenage children. Family therapy with me means working with the whole family, and sometimes meeting with the parents alone, without the children. My approach is rooted in mindfulness toward every person and every voice, creating a space to build supportive relationships that do not cause harm.
I also work with people preparing for parenthood, and with couples who have only just stepped into that role.
Process-oriented therapy involves taking a closer look at all your life experiences, the big ones and the small ones, the subtle ones and the dramatic ones, the beautiful ones and the difficult ones. Because they’re all part of your process, part of who you are.
